Poznan meeting

Following an outstanding conference in Paris, we are delighted to organize the 32nd Annual meeting of the European Academy of Childhood Disability in the beautiful city of Poznan, Poland. The conference will take place at the Poznan Congress Center, from June 17th to 20th 2020.

Combined 73rd AACPDM Annual and 2nd IAACD Triannual Meeting to be held in Anaheim, California from September 18-21, 2019.

The 10th Biennial AusACPDM Conference will be held in Perth, Australia from 11-14 March 2020. The theme for the upcoming Australasian Academy of Cerebral Palsy and Developmental Medicine (AusACPDM) conference is 2020 Visionaries.  

The European Academy of childhood Disability (EACD) 2019 conference took place in Paris between the 23th and the 25th of May. The motto of the conference was “Innovation for participation” with a clear aim of the organizing committee to emphasize the association of these two “hot” topics.

IAACD Log competition

The International Alliance of Academies of Childhood Disability (IAACD) are in need of a logo that reflects our goals and message, and we need your help!

Applications are now open for the ‘IAACD Logo Competition’. The logo will be used internationally to represent the Alliance and reflect our core message. It will appear on all forms of communication, including at conferences and on our website.

La Fondation Paralysie Cérébrale

La Fondation Paralysie Cérébrale decided this year to renew its support for research on Cerebral Palsy by launching a call for a great joint project in 2020.

This call for proposals will evaluate projects with a total budget between € 500 K to € 1.5 million maximum over a period of 3 to 5 years.

These may include large scale projects in the field of clinical research, translational research, public health or social sciences aiming at improving the diagnosis and/or early detection capabilities of

The 31st Annual meeting of the European Academy of Childhood Disability will be held in Paris at the conference centre of la Cité des Sciences et de l’Industrie (City of Sciences and Industry) of La Villette, from May 23rd to 25th May 2019.

Occupational Therapy

A systematic review of paediatric occupation therapy for children with disabilities by Iona Novak and Ingrid Honan has been published in the Australian Occupational Therapy Journal. 2019 Apr.10
