  2. Describe current processes for diagnosis and intervention of CP in your setting
  3. Identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) to implementing the guidelines in your program.
  4. Develop a process flow to adapt guidelines to your own setting

Outline of the course

  • Nathalie Maitre: Overview Guidelines, Building blocks implementation; Review of assessments and interventions
    • Small Groups: Participants map out the current processes for diagnosis and intervention for CP in their setting
  • Andrea Duncan: Strategies and sample for performing a SWOT
    • Small Group: Targeted SWOT matrix and identify resource, solution or advocate that could be utilized to overcome barriers
  • Rachel Byrne: Overview CPF Early Detection Network
